Jeff Miller (R - FL): Man-made climate change is "foolish"

Rep. Jeff Miller on climate change: "it's not settled science"

Rep. Jeff Miller is a Republican Congressman from the state of  Florida, and he was on MSNBC to talk about climate change.

"It's not settled-science," said Miller right after declaring that, "I'm not a scientist." Then maybe you should let the scientist have their say if you're not a scientist, and drink a tall glass of 'shut up' juice. Fact of the matter is over 97% of the scientists agree that global warming is cased by human intervention, so the science is very settle on this.

Then he went on to say to the most craziest thing I've heard in a while: "The issue of climate change has been happening for a long time. And for us to be able to think that we can change what's going on is foolish."

It's foolish to NOT do anything about global warming. As a matter of fact, things we do improve climate change, even though it might not happening, can't be bad. It can't be bad to cut down on carbon emissions are move towards a greener economy. It can't be bad to invest in alternative fuel sources that has the potential to create numerous jobs.
